Who can join?
Any property owner in Port Franks. Each membership is associated with a qualifying Port Franks property address rather than with the title-holder, so it stays with the property.
How much does it cost?
A one-time initiation fee of $100, which includes your first year of dues. After that, dues are $85 a year.
When are dues due?
Dues are paid in advance. The deadline is December 1st of the year before the membership year, which begins on January 1st.

Municipal property taxes on the beach, insurance, maintenance of the shoreline, and the events the Association runs through the summer.
Who runs the Association?
A volunteer board of ten directors — two each from Huron Sands, Old Ausable, Port Franks Area, Richmond Park and Windsor Park.

Tell us about your property and a director will review it. You must own property in Port Franks to become a member — the beach is deeded to Port Franks owners, and a membership belongs to the address rather than to the person who holds the title.
