Any property owner in Port Franks. Each membership is associated with a qualifying Port Franks property address rather than with the title-holder, so it stays with the property.
A one-time initiation fee of $100, which includes your first year of dues. After that, dues are $85 a year.

A volunteer board of ten directors — two each from Huron Sands, Old Ausable, Port Franks Area, Richmond Park and Windsor Park.
Request membership
Tell us about your property and a director will review it. You must own property in Port Franks to become a member — the beach is deeded to Port Franks owners, and a membership belongs to the address rather than to the person who holds the title.
